We’re looking for a Product Manager to maintain Clari’s place as the category leader in mobile experiences. Our customers are often on the phone, on the go, or just need access to critical information about their book of business without being tied to their computer. It’s essential that Clari support important workflows from both Android and iOS devices. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering, design, go-to-market teams, as well as customers to discover, shape, execute, and ship new features and experiences that solve problems and drive business value. You’ll have an extremely supportive team of other product managers to collaborate with to build remarkable products that customers love.

This is a fully remote opportunity and can be worked from any location in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of the Clari product to educate internal teams and the market on how we solve key revenue operations challenges
  • Drive a product development cycle from discovery, requirements shaping, design iterations, development through release and success measurement and validation
  • Enable both internal teams and customers through documentation and clear and detailed communication on new features to ensure successful launches and activation
  • Leverage and analyze both quantitative and qualitative data to develop a strong perspective on what features to build and problems to solve
  • Collaborate with teams outside of product (eg Customer Success and GTM) to check assumptions, learn from customer facing teams, and maximize impact to customers and business
  • Create and maintain a vision for the mobile roadmap to align team members and stakeholders

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of Product Management experience in an enterprise SAAS environment or similar
  • Experience driving a project from start to finish with multiple teams and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to make difficult prioritization decisions using data, insights, and intuition
  • Highly empathetic to understand customer needs and collaborate effectively with team members 
  • Comfortable talking about technical concepts like APIs, iOS, Android, databases, GraphQL, and UX concepts with both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to write clearly, succinctly, and with sufficient detail to a variety of audiences
  • Curiosity and humility in all things
