Product Manager, Mobile Apps job at Upgrade

What You'll Do:

Own and drive Upgrade’s Mobile App evolution with new initiatives while working across different product lines.
Define new App features with specs, wireframes, and product flows.
Optimize app releases, appstore management, and appstore ratings to maximize customer product adoption and ongoing app usage.
Establish channel measurement and comparison metrics & KPI reporting for prospects, applicants, and customers.
Analyze the impact of app features and define key metrics for success.

What We Look For:

Significant expertise in Financial Services with consumer banking/payments Fintech preferred.
5+ years of product management experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Experience with app store release adoption management and general optimization.
Ability to lead and resolve questions and conflicts across organizational stakeholders.
Fluency with product development tools, SQL, web analytics, and AB testing software.
Understanding of Mobile design and development for mobile usability.
Expertise in the application of key app technologies a plus including id verification, security biometrics, push notifications.
