Plaid is looking for a Product Manager to help accelerate our migration to API solutions by building best-in-class tools and platform features that help us meet our milestones and increase reliability and security of the API connections with FIs.
This position is vital to ensuring cross-functional delivery on key milestones related to Plaid's API goals in 2022 and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Partnering with the Business Operations and Engineering Teams to evaluate, scope and design a largely/fully automated system that performs API migrations. Conduct extensive internal interviews to deeply understand and improve the migration process
- Build a roadmap for the Institution Migrations team. You will be key in setting priorities, timelines and resourcing in order to hit our goals
- Ensuring the timely delivery and scaling of migration activities, in order to hit our milestones. You will be a critical cross-functional, operational lead in ensuring that the org moves as one, with shared momentum and minimal surprises
- Balancing FI needs with those of our customers. These migrations require ongoing stakeholder management and a 360-degree view of our business. You will be a key leader in ensuring equilibrium and alignment between FIs, Plaid, and our customers
