Product Management at Future Friendly

We’re looking for a Mid to Senior Product Manager who is passionate about leading a team to define new propositions and launch products.

Your key focuses as a Product Manager at Future Friendly will be:

Making things that matter. We only work on purposeful projects — with clients that care and have the scale to genuinely help people.

Building happy teams. We don’t solve alone — you’ll work with a consistent cross-functional team of makers across strategy, design and development to drive positive outcomes.

Influencing changemakers. We don’t just work with only our immediate product team — we influence Industry leaders, policymakers, and front-line teams to change the way we deliver services.

Driving future visions. We don’t work on iterative product improvements — we work in the change space where we can design the future of products and services, and bring these to life.

Requirements

Product Managers champion the following key skills on a project;

Product strategy
Brings a team together to define a compelling product strategy to solve customer and business problems and build confidence in a solution.

Product delivery
Works with the team to shape a product plan and support them to deliver the product experience.

Team leadership
Balances empowering the team to make decisions whilst recognising where strong direction is needed. Can sense the team’s pulse and ensure they have what they need to progress.

Building relationships
Proactively builds strategic relationships with your core product team, leadership, and the wider business to influence the strategic direction of a product.

Process design
Understands how to apply design methodology to solve different problems, and can adapt processes and tools to meet changing requirements.
