Who are we looking for?
Do you love creating products that power some of the fastest growing startups and public companies in the world? Since emerging from stealth, Merge has added 500 organizations in just 5 months. We've found product-market fit, and it's time to scale! As our second product hire, you'll work directly with our founders, customers, and engineers to shape, build, and ship the future of our product.
- You command respect across functions through thoughtful leadership skills

- You are scrappy and knock down walls to achieve personal and organization-wide goals
- You aren't afraid to get in the weeds and serve as a hands-on contributor when necessary
What will you be doing?
- Advocate endlessly for our customers
- Bring ideas to life through well researched product specs
- Focus on the details, thinking through edge cases and complex problems
- Communicate with customers to understand their needs
- Ruthlessly prioritize to ensure we ship meaningful products often
What experience is required?
- 5+ years as a Product Manager
- Technical experience/education is a plus
Compensation
- The cash compensation range for this role is $160,000 - $190,000.
- Actual compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications. In addition to cash compensation, all employees receive an equity compensation package.
