Job overview:

Omada is reimagining virtual-first chronic care delivery for pre-diabetes, diabetes, and hypertension, taking into account personal context and comorbid health conditions. As a Product Manager for member experience, you will help increase member satisfaction and meaningful engagement within our core program experiences (mobile app and web). Your job, in partnership with engineering, is to identify and execute the key improvements required to add personalization into our existing condition line programs. You will articulate the vision and steps to get there, and help your team set achievable, measurable, milestones that unlock value at each phase of development.

In this role, you’ll partner closely with engineering, design, clinical, care delivery, member insights, and data analytics to identify the biggest opportunities for improvement, prioritize projects, build new features, and measure their impact. 

About you:

  • 2+ years of product management experience 
  • 5+ years of a combination of market and/or product strategy, product management, general management, consulting, product or business operations experience
  • Strong experience in and/or enthusiasm for healthcare, technology combined with human care, startup/growth company work
  • Expertise in using both qualitative insights and quantitative findings for market analysis
  • Experience guiding teams to define goals, generate hypotheses, define metrics, execute, review and pivot based on experimentation/early signals, deliver against goals
  • Deep experience helping define and report against quantitative goals/OKRs/metrics
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills with strong technical understanding
  • Thrives on attention to detail and process efficiency
  • Able to understand the big picture and orient towards it while driving execution
  • Strong people/relationship skills, experience understanding team dynamics and concerns, high EQ
  • BA/BS in Computer Science or a related technical field or equivalent practical experience a plus

  • Re-think the early program experience to establish a personalization program based on user segmentation
  • Build teamwork across Engineering, Clinical, Product, and Design through trusted relationships
  • Define and communicate strategy while digging into the details
  • Cultivate an innovative environment that drives your cross-functional peers to think in new ways that delight our members
  • Execute the PM fundamentals before, during, and after each sprint
