Product Manager, MBA - Summer 2023 Start

Kikoff's mission is to provide refreshingly fair, effective, and simple pathways to meet your financial goals.  What's going to drive millions of Americans down those pathways to success are the incredible products built by our product teams -- we're using product to empower people!  As an product manager at Kikoff, you and your product team will be responsible for the future outcomes for those consumers, as well as the health of our business.  You will use your toolkit of ingenuity, creativity, instinct, analytics, empathy, and influence to guide your teams to build the products that remove the biggest impediments to financial success, tackling both consumer and business objectives along the way.

An ideal member of the product team likes to roll their sleeves up and dive in.  You might conduct user interviews, dig in the database, wireframe in Miro, and dogfood the latest mobile app release, all before lunch.  Because you're passionate about solving deeply personal financial problems for consumers, you will do whatever it takes to find the right solutions.  You'll also work collaboratively within your dedicated product team that includes design and engineering, as well as cross-functionally with marketing, legal, operations, leadership and whoever else you need to get it done.  You won't stop until the data tells you it's right.
