What you'll do
- Seek out customer, design, and data driven insight and use it to create clear plans, prioritize, and execute.
- Deliver high-quality products while scaling our existing offerings.
- Serve as the subject matter expert on all things ecommerce. Understand the current landscape, what has been done, and where Bolt will differentiate.
- Showcase effective cross team collaboration with engineering, data science, design, analytics, and go-to-market functions to ensure delivery of successful business outcomes.
- Deliver a comprehensive strategy for a new product initiative with both primary and secondary research.

Must Have's
- Currently enrolled in a full-time MBA program graduating in 2023 with US/Canada work authorization or CPT eligibility
- 4+ years of project delivery experience in an ambiguous environment
- Long term strategic thinking combined with methodical execution
- Effective communication of complex concepts to executives and leadership
- Track record of delivering impactful projects
Nice to Have's
- Previous ecommerce or FinTech product experience
- Horizontal expertise in engineering, design, data, and go-to-market
- Adept at story-telling and influencing tangible outcomes in a startup environment
