Modern AI approaches require large labeled training datasets to learn from. While traditional approaches typically rely on armies of human annotators to label by hand, Snorkel Flow empowers users to programmatically label and build training data sets to drive a radically faster, more flexible, and higher quality end-to-end AI development process. Snorkel Flow is an end-to-end development platform, complete with a GUI and powerful programmatic interfaces for driving the development process for full AI application workflows: from preprocessing, to programmatic training data creation, to ML model training, to analysis, and deployment. We are looking for a product lead for Snorkel Flow, our end-to-end, data first development platform for enterprise AI. The product covers the user experience and enablement across UI/CLI/API through the entire stack from preprocessing, to programmatic training data creation, to ML model training, to analysis, and deployment.

This role requires working cross-functionally with a world class team across engineering, marketing, and sales to drive all product activities from vision to launch, including long-term product strategy, roadmapping, execution, and go-to-market support with key internal and external stakeholders. We’re looking for strong entrepreneurial product managers who can think big and execute well in a dynamic environment.

Main Responsibilities

Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and use-cases in the Data Science and Machine Learning domain
Integrate competitive analysis, usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements
Define the end-to-end user experience for customer success beyond the scope of the ML Platform product and features
Drive product functionality from ideation / launch with customers including marketing, communication plans and field enablement
Champion creative solutions to build a culture that is grounded in customer empathy, and product best practices in a fast moving start-up environment

Minimum Qualifications

5+ years of product management experience or related industry experience
2+ years of experience on software and/or developer platforms
Educational background in computer science or related engineering practice
Strong track record of delivering products with cross-functional teams such as engineering, design, sales, marketing, and/or partnerships
Excellent communication and storytelling skills to communicate complex topics to diverse set of stakeholders
Experience in working closely with enterprise customers and channel partners in the enterprise software industry
Experience working with data platforms, ML stack, and common ML deployment patterns
