The Lyft Business team is one of Lyft’s fastest-growing and most profitable units, providing transportation solutions for organizations, including business travel, employee commutes, courtesy rides, and non-emergency medical trips.  The scope of Lyft Business is expansive, from B2B capabilities (Self service tools, APIs, billing & reporting, etc) in addition to the B2B2C Rider experience of Business Profiles & Rewards. 

The Lyft Business Portal is the command center for enterprise transportation management, empowering thousands of organizations to manage their transportation programs efficiently. Through our admin controls, companies can manage employee travel, set spending policies, monitor usage, analyze transportation data, and ensure compliance across their entire organization. Our platform serves diverse industries from corporate travel to healthcare, hospitality to education.

We're seeking an experienced Product Manager to own and evolve the Lyft Business admin controls and enterprise management platform. You'll be responsible for building the tools that enable organizations to effectively manage transportation at scale, from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies. This role is critical to scaling our B2B business and requires someone who deeply understands enterprise software, admin experiences, and the complexity of organizational transportation needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute the product vision for Lyft Business admin controls, focusing on scalability, usability, and enterprise-grade functionality
  • Develop a comprehensive roadmap for admin features including user management, policy controls, support, self-service onboarding, and compliance.
  • Strategize and Implement AI-enabled chat support for Enterprises
  • Build a product roadmap to achieve your goals and lead a core team of Engineers, Enterprise Sales, Designers, Data Scientists, and Product Marketers to execute on it.
  • Deeply understand the needs and motivations of your customers across different Business entities and use cases.
  • Completely own your team’s products – existing or new – from ideation, through development, launch, growth, and maintenance.

Experience:

  • 4+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years building B2B/enterprise software
  • Proven track record of building admin consoles, dashboards, or management platforms
  • Deep understanding of enterprise software requirements including security, compliance, and scalability
  • Experience with complex onboarding flows and activation optimization
  • Demonstrated ability to work with regulated industries (healthcare experience a plus)
  • Excellence in stakeholder management across Sales, Support, Marketing, and Engineering
  • Strong communication skills and intuition for communication strategy at every level -- within teams, within the company, to users, and other audiences.
  • Detail oriented with superior organizational skills -- balancing multiple projects, deadlines, and requests should be second nature to you.

This role will be in-office on a hybrid schedule — Team Members will be expected to work in the office 3 days per week on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. The expected base pay range for this position in the San Francisco area is $128,000 - $160,000. Salary ranges are dependent on a variety of factors, including qualifications, experience and geographic location. Range is not inclusive of potential equity offering, bonus or benefits.
