On our path to build the portal to all your superpowers on the web, we have reached an inflection point: Andreessen Horowitz (a16z) backed us, our team has grown to ~20 people, we’re exponentially growing our customer base, and we are very soon launching out of stealth. ?
As our Product Manager, you are taking on one of the most important jobs in the company: shaping and defining a product strategy and building a product team. Your main mission is to shape Lumos into a truly differentiated product in the identity space that users love and cannot live without. That's why you will work hand-in-hand with the CEO and create a powerful product for our customers.
Beyond your product work, you'll gain massive leadership responsibilities early-on as we close initial customers and rapidly grow the team. You'll be involved in scaling the culture, the team, and the entire company.
We purposefully did not create a standard list of minimum qualifications because we care much more about your motivation and ability to help us accelerate technical progress than we care just about your CV. Instead of focusing on what people need to have, we focus on what people need to do.
