We communicate easily through Slack. At Lumos, we believe in a world where you have instant access to all the dozens of tools at your disposal. That’s why we are building the first AppStore for Companies. You go to the Lumos AppStore, request an app, say GitHub, pick the right repositories you need, your manager approves the request through Slack and Lumos creates your GitHub account — instantly. No long IT ticket queues anymore. ⚡️
On our path to build the portal to all your superpowers on the web, we have reached an inflection point: Andreessen Horowitz (a16z) backed us, our team has grown to ~20 people, we’re exponentially growing our customer base, and we are very soon launching out of stealth. ?
As our Product Manager, you are taking on one of the most important jobs in the company: shaping and defining a product strategy and building a product team. Your main mission is to shape Lumos into a truly differentiated product in the identity space that users love and cannot live without. That's why you will work hand-in-hand with the CEO and create a powerful product for our customers.
Beyond your product work, you'll gain massive leadership responsibilities early-on as we close initial customers and rapidly grow the team. You'll be involved in scaling the culture, the team, and the entire company.
✨ Your Role
- User Research: Be the main brain behind our data from sales conversations, qualitative discovery process, customer feedback and product usage. Explore new venues to reach a 10x version of Lumos.
- Product Strategy: Distill the Lumos vision into a compelling roadmap, prioritizing features and ensuring that the next milestone contains the most relevant items to customers, users, and Lumos to reach product market fit.
- Product Development: Own and manage product development from concept, to design, beta, testing, deployment and support.
- Leadership: Deliver transformational leadership so that the team is highly motivated and engaged. Be an inspirational role model by questioning the status quo and maximizing the strength of the team and aligning their efforts to the mission and vision of the organization.
