SHAPE THE FUTURE OF ENTERPRISE LOW-CODE GOVERNANCE AT MENDIX!

Our enterprise customers are building vast portfolios of applications, needing robust governance and security. We're seeking a passionate and driven Product Manager to join our Platform Governance theme and define the future of Low-Code DevOps as well as drive the Data Governance sub-theme. In this pivotal role, you'll empower Mendix platform owners to mitigate software and security risks while enabling Mendix developers to innovate within enterprise guardrails.

You'll be the visionary, crafting a compelling product strategy, leading cross-functional teams, and driving the development and launch of cutting-edge capabilities. You'll own the product lifecycle from ideation to commercialization, collaborating closely with best in class Go-To-Market (GTM) teams, Engineers, Designers, Architects, Marketeers, Analysts and Customers to ensure successful adoption and market impact.

What you'll do:

  • Define and execute a clear product vision and roadmap for Low-Code DevOps and Data Governance (including a strong interlink with AI)
  • Conduct thorough market and customer research to identify key pain points and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and other product teams to deliver high-quality, user-centric solutions.
  • Prioritize features and manage the product backlog based on business value and customer needs.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.
  • Develop and deliver compelling product presentations and demos to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work closely with GTM teams to develop effective launch strategies and marketing materials.
  • Act as a product evangelist, communicating product value and benefits to customers and partners.
  • Analyze product usage data to inform product decisions and identify areas for optimization.
  • Actively engage with customers to gather feedback and understand their needs.

What we are looking for:

  • 3+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in a SaaS or enterprise software environment. 5+ years of experience overall
  • Strong understanding of cloud based technologies and services offered
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle
  • Basic Artificial intelligence know-how
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing complex software products.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Self-driven and highly motivated with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Ability to conduct thorough customer research, discovery, and validation.
  • Data-driven decision-making skills with a focus on measurable results.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Hands-on personality, comfortable with diving into details when needed.
