About the Opportunity

The (Senior)Product Manager, listing will be responsible for collaborating across functions to evolve our websites and app. This role includes working with an amazing team of engineers and designers to collect client feedbacks, implement usability enhancements, and support sales/marketing initiatives. In addition, this role works cross-functionally to complete product roadmaps and discover new opportunities. The ideal candidate is an analytical team player who is able to influence and shape the product lifecycle from strategy to implementation.

What you’ll be doing:

Write product functional requirement specifications and work closely with design and engineering teams and marketing teams, organize sprints and participate in stand-ups
Develop the requirements into specific user stories and tasks and capture them into JIRA. Help plan the weekly / bi-weekly sprints and token releases.
Translate requirements into deliverable technology specifications and predict potential issues in implementing designs and find the best solution
Keep up to date with crypto research to ensure we’re always building top products and solutions

You may be a fit for this role if you have：

3+ years dedicated and successful product management experience with bitcoin, crypto, Defi, social, gaming, e-commerce or finance
Skills at understanding complex problems and distilling them into simpler descriptions
Ability to influence cross-functional teams, from presenting conceptual ideas to execution
The role is located in our San Jose office.

What We Look For In You:

3-5 or 5+ years of dedicated and successful product management experience with bitcoin, crypto, Defi, social, gaming, e-commerce or finance

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences or equivalent field

A track record of success launching highly scalable and successful products within Defi, crypto, fintech, social or gaming industries

Excellent written, interpersonal and communication skills

Have worked with and built successful products with remote development teams

Passion for Bitcoin, crypto, Defi and/or blockchain

Nice to Haves:

Fluent in Mandarin and English

Success or failure launching a Defi project

Salary Range:

The salary range for this position is $159,000 to $240,000.

The salary offered depends on a variety of factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. In addition to the salary, a performance bonus and long-term incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, as well as a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
