Product Manager - KYC Experience

Your mission

Verification is a crucial step in our user journey: it helps to keep our platform safe for people and to meet all regulatory demands. Our KYC Verification Experience team helps design the best in class experience for users to help them get verified quickly and get started on their Wise journey.

Here’s how you’ll be contributing to the KYC Verification Experience Team

• All our customers go through some level of verification. You will have a chance to help them all by improving the experience and increasing the proportion of customers that get through the flow hassle free
• You’ll dive deep into data to identify gaps and shortlist opportunities
• You’ll collaborate with our design and research teams to understand current user problems and develop solutions to fix them
• You’ll build a solid understanding of the technical architecture of the verification ecosystem and work closely with engineers to ship measurable improvements to end customers
• You’ll drive the short term (3-6 month) and long term planning (1-2 years) for your team. You’ll clearly define success and evaluate progress with both qualitative and quantitative methods while constantly in touch with internal and external stakeholders

A bit about you

• You are a Product Manager with experience of building customer facing products at scale. You’ve identified problems and shipped features to thousands and maybe millions of customers and measured impact clearly
• You’re hands on, and you’d do everything needed to make the team and the product successful. You get it done by thinking strategically and executing tactically. 
• You can autonomously prioritise based on impact and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• You love flawless user experience and have a good sense of UX. You pay attention to details and have a track record of delivering high quality user facing features. You are not afraid of designing your own MVP to get things started
• You have experience in running complex A/B tests. Decisions you make and share with the wider team have been validated and are clearly supported using data
• You understand technical implementations including back end components well and are not afraid to dig deep and solve wider, more complex problems in the verification space
• You have the ability to work effectively with and unblock cross-functional teams of engineers, analysts, data scientists, etc.

Beneficial, but NOT mandatory experience

• You have built high impact solutions using image processing technology and machine learning and have seen them through to production
• You have experience in the verification and KYC domain and have worked in a regulated environment before

Our Offer

• Base salary: €46,200 - €59,340 gross / annually base (based on experience & interview outcomes)
