We are looking for a product manager who believes in AI, particularly knowledge graph (KG) and the power of the local community to empower our members to make their communities great places to live.
As a Product Manager in the AI Org, you will partner closely with machine learning engineers, data scientists, product engineers, researchers, and fellow product managers to define the technical architecture and data schema for our first knowledge graph. The Nextdoor Knowledge Graph work is central to the success of our business and will impact our content relevancy and ranking, ads targeting, and neighbor and business suggestions. This work is also central to our commitment to build a kinder world, as having high-quality content understanding allows us to reduce exposure to low-quality or toxic content.
One of the unique assets at Nextdoor is its massive local neighborhood graph. A knowledge graph on top of it is the foundation of our product and ecosystem and part of our 5 year strategy.

The starting salary for this role is expected to range from $147,000 to $241,000 on an annualized basis, or potentially greater in the event that your 'level' of proficiency exceeds the level expected for the role. Compensation may also vary by geography.
We also expect to award a meaningful equity grant for this role. With equal quarterly vesting, your first vest date would be within the first 3 months of your start date.
