At Too Good To Go, we dream of a planet with no food waste.

We can all do our part in fighting food waste and do our bit to tackle climate change by reducing the amount of food wasted.  Did you know that more than one-third of all food produced gets thrown away? This unnecessary food waste equates to 10% of greenhouse gas emissions!

Too Good To Go is a food waste-fighting app and a certified B Corporation. We connect stores that have unsold, surplus food with consumers who buy and enjoy it. We have over 50 million registered app users in 17 locations across Europe, the US and North America. Together, we have saved more than 112 million meals from going to waste. We are super proud of this, but there is still lots more that we want to achieve.

This role will be based in Madrid, as part of our new Tech-hub.

Your mission

We save two meals every second, all thanks to our millions of daily users. Yes! 2 meals every second.
The meals we save come from a mix of two sides, one of which is from our independent partners and the other, our key accounts. Needless to say, the needs in a family-owned bakery are different from the needs of a 10,000 store chain of supermarkets.

As a Product Manager in Key-Accounts, it will be your responsibility to ensure we understand their needs, and partner with them to identify and build tools that fit into their operational setup. Including but is not limited to: reporting requirements, ERP integrations, security and access policies, single sign-on, integration needs and more.

You will report directly to the VP of Product based in Copenhagen, whilst working with the direct product team acting as the single point of contact for all our Key Account managers across the globe.

Responsibilities:

  • Collect, observe and understand the challenges that our Key Account partners are facing and synthesize this into solvable problems
  • Participate in business meetings with partners alongside our Key Account managers globally, both virtually & in-person, where possible.
  • Work closely with your product team to discover, research, and define customer experiences and product features.
  • Be the single point of contact for all our key account managers across 17 markets.
  • Manage several integration projects across different areas of the Key Accounts stack. Including Single-sign-on, Point-of-Sale, ERP as well as custom API methods.
  • Ensure that financial reporting is running smoothly across the Key Account portfolio.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a Product Management role, ideally from a B2B enterprise field.
  • You can make the best product-based decision with technical knowledge driven by a primary focus on the needs of our Key Account Partners.
  • Open-minded and passionate about feedback, development, sharing their knowledge and expertise.
  • Confident in liaising with external parties - You will be present in many Key Account meetings, so being a calm and clear communicator is essential.
  • A fantastic level of interpersonal and negotiation skills, both written and verbally.
  • Full professional proficiency in English is a must.
  • Deep technical knowledge with a strong emphasis on integrations and APIs
  • Strong organizational skills and good judgment; must be a team player, positive, flexible, and creative.
  • Pragmatic and proactive, we are building out the product team in Madrid, and although you will work with your counterparts in Denmark, it’s essential for you to be a self-starter.
  • Travel - As you will be meeting with our partners you must be open to regular travel (when it is safe to do so)

Our values

  • We fight together: food waste is a big beast to fight. We can do it if we fight together as Waste Warriors with no ego. We believe in a #oneteam.
  • We raise the bar: we always push for more. We work smart, smash barriers and elevate one another.
  • We keep it simple: our ambitions are bold but our solutions are simple.
  • We build a legacy: we’re proud of the change we’re driving.
  • We care: we always look out for each other. Caring is also about the way we do business. We do the right thing.

What we have to offer

  • A rare opportunity to work in a social impact company (and certified B Corporation!) where you get to wake up every day knowing you’re achieving positive change.
  • The experience of being part of an international company with 1350 + enthusiastic and highly talented teammates across 17 countries (and counting) – always ready to share knowledge and support!
  • Strong personal as well as professional development in an intense and high-growth scale-up environment.
  • An open company culture where you have the independence and room to unleash your creativity.
  • A strong team culture where successes are celebrated together.

How to apply
