Your future team
Atlassian is a product-led company where product managers set strategy and lead teams towards inspiring goals. You'll join a small, creative team that is agile, works quickly, and focuses on impact. Jira Work Management (JWM) is hiring a Product Manager, reporting to Head of Product, JWM. You are a Product Manager with a background in building, launching and scaling B2B SaaS products by working well with multiple engineering teams and partner teams in analytics, design, user research. You'll work closely with a product team based in Australia and the United States, focused on specific goals important to JWM's success.

- You are an experienced Product Manager with strong craft skills, and have worked effectively with hybrid or fully remote teams.

- Demonstrated understanding our business goals and developing a product roadmap where each release demonstrably moves us closer to success.
- You are used to launching experiments, measuring impact, iterating and repeating
- Working knowledge of how to ship in a lean, agile environment
- Know how to gather data and insights from a large set of customers to make better decisions
- Experience understanding funnel metrics, identifying opportunities to improve, shipping, learning and iterating.
