As a Product Manager working in the Jira Service Management (JSM) Cloud team at Atlassian, you will advance our mission to unleash the potential in every team! Join us as we build one of the fastest-growing products in Atlassian.
You will be joining the JSM team focused on Atlassians biggest customers, and delivering against the companies #1 goal. The Scale Mission is all about helping bring the largest organisation to JSM in the Cloud. This role requires lateral thinking to deliver innovation solutions for geographically diverse enterprise scale organisation across potentially regulated industries.
You will initially be focused on projects related to Scalability & Performance, Data Residency, and Migration. You will partner with engineering and design to form a triad to inspire and lead your team to success. Your responsibilities will include customer research, building product strategy and roadmap, establishing build-measure-learn loops, experimentation in production. Your work will impact millions of users and thousands of companies for decades to come, while bringing fun, excitement and the speed of consumer software to the Enterprise.

  • You can lead the team through setting clear goals, making decisions, and communicating crisply to your team, to leaders across Atlassian, and to our customers and partners.
  • You are deeply analytical and have a passion for user experience.
  • You are adept at building relationships and managing stakeholders across product line and functional groups.

On your first day we’ll expect you to have:

  • Extensive product management background with a track record delivering products and experiences globally.
  • Ability to define the balance between solving the customer problem and the minimum product that allows a team to ship, learn and iterate.
  • Experience in prioritising product roadmaps and effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience in working in a fast paced, evolving environment, utilising an iterative method and flexible approach to enable rapid delivery.
  • Proven success in leading and scaling remote teams without direct authority.
  • Outstanding communication skills with the ability to rally a team around the work they are doing, strong story teller who adapts its style based on the audience.
  • Experience with customer usability (UX & UI) and hypothesis driven experimentation.
  • High energy, results-oriented self-starter with a positive approach. You are known for your "can do" demeanour, curiosity and creativity.
  • Your customer centric and metrics driven approach enables you to translate customer needs into clear and measurable deliverables.

It is great but not required if you have:

  • BS/BA with an emphasis in technology, IT or operations.
  • Experience with ITSM and IT Operations products.
  • Experience working on enterprise-focused areas (B2B).
