We are a YC S16 graduate and believe in quickly iterating on features to build products that people want. We deploy multiple times a day and work within a hybrid kanban/scrum system. We believe in the agile manifesto, but not the industry straight jacket that has arisen around what it means to be "agile". Build stuff that works, communicate across the company, react quickly to degradations in system/feature performance, have ideas on how to solve ever-evolving problems, respect and collaborate with CareRevengineers, CareRevdesigners, CareRevers, and customers.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead the improvement of our proprietary software and processes that support our marketplace.
  • Simplify the complex and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
  • Shadow operations team members and identify areas of improvement both in-process and product.
  • Partner with engineering to lead the prioritization and development of our internal tools roadmap. 

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of product management experience
  • 2+ years managing internal proprietary software
  • You are a self-starter and have a history of successfully building and managing internal tools that users love. 
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up your sleeves and wear many hats to get the job done.
  • Working backward from our users to understand their needs and simplifying the complex
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Previous experience in high-growth startups is preferred.
  • Up to 10% travel

Physical Requirements: 

  • Prolonged periods of sitting and/or standing at a desk
  • Prolonged periods of working on a computer
  • Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds of work equipment
  • Ability to set up home office to include desk and chair
