As a Product Manager Intern at UserTesting, you will play a key role in supporting the execution of your product area, helping to ensure our offerings continue to exceed customer expectations. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about product development, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to a team's success. You will gain hands-on experience in managing product life cycles, understanding customer needs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

This is what you will be doing:

• Assist in managing the priority of features throughout their planning, development, and release cycles.
• Learn to deeply understand the needs of our customers through research and direct feedback.
• Support the product team in delivering new features, focusing on learning agile product development practices.
• Contribute to being the voice of the customer in product development, representing both current and future user needs.
• Engage with various functional groups across the company, such as design, engineering, marketing, and customer support, to gain a holistic view of product delivery.
• Observe market trends and product positioning to support the team in keeping UserTesting's offerings competitive.
• Help facilitate alignment and buy-in across the company, supporting senior Product Managers in rallying teams around product visions.

What we are looking for:

• A keen interest in product management, particularly in a SaaS environment.
• A basic understanding of user-centered design principles and a desire to learn more.
• Eagerness to learn about developing, managing, and launching web-based software products.
• Strong analytical skills and an interest in data analysis.
• Excellent communication skills, with a willingness to develop your written and verbal communication further.
• An adaptable and agile mindset, open to learning how to deliver new products and features iteratively.
• Curiosity about Lean methodologies and an eagerness to learn about customer development, hypothesis-driven planning, and evidence-led product design.
• Motivation to work in a data-driven environment, with an interest in both qualitative and quantitative research.
• Resourcefulness, self-motivation, and an enthusiasm for working in a team-based environment.
• Interest in agile development methodologies.
