WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ON

As a Product Manager Intern, you will support the product team to keep on delivering high quality features to our clients so they can drive yet more business from their customer base.

In this role you will work closely with other product managers, engineering & customer success teams to help design and build a world-class AI-first service:

  • Understand our users: Help the team prioritize and ensure we're solving the right problems. You will work on our internal business intelligence to gather data insights and spread knowledge across the company.
  • Deliver high quality features: Together with the Engineering team, you will take part in the design of our new features, follow their development process, and test them to ensure that they are ready for rollout.
  • Drive product launches: Alongside Product Marketing, you will contribute to the rollout of new features: documentation, success measurement, communication support...

Requirements

Mandatory

  • Internship convention with a French Grande Ecole or a University
  • SQL skills: you are able to manipulate complex query to build smart dataset which will be used to build your visualization, or are eager to learn SQL
  • Experience in data visualization: you know how to adapt dashboards and visualization to the information you want to provide, or are eager to learn this skill
  • Clear and structured verbal/written communication and presentation, in English. French is not mandatory but a strong bonus.

Bonus points for:

  • Strong analytical skills, customer empathy.
  • Comfortable working and engaging about technical topics.

Benefits

Partial remote is possible, with a mandatory 2 days per week in office.
