Your Mission:

Our Carpool team focuses on improving the carpooling experience for our members. One of our goals is to help drivers find passengers and vice versa.

To achieve this you will work on varied projects such as:

- How to recommend the best price on each ride to maximize the success of our drivers or how to suggest the best meeting points for drivers and passengers to meet?

- Directly reporting to a Senior Product Manager

You will have to support cross-functional initiatives to improve our product. This includes finding creative solutions to deep dive into our users' pain points, identifying new features that would make the carpooling experience easier & supporting the delivery of the right initiatives.

You will be part of a multifunctional team and work closely with Design, Tech, Data Science and QA. As part of the Product Chapter, you’ll also have the occasion to discover what it means to be a PM at BlaBlaCar and discover our processes, organization & ways of working.

Preferred experience:

Master student (gap or last year): engineering, management degrees - Tech or entrepreneurial experience is a plus
Ability to coordinate and work with multidisciplinary stakeholders (esp. Engineering & Design): project management; critical thinking
Ability to engage people that will not be reporting to you: empathy, written, verbal & presentation skills
Ability to learn fast and create yourself a strong opinion: coachability; pragmatism
Ability to create insights and systemic recommendations: process-oriented; problem-solving; simplicity
Fluent in English
