As a member of the Product team, you will be a key player in the development of Back Market activities at an international level. You will work closely with our engineering, marketing, design and user research teams, a group of passionate professionals committed to the promotion of refurbished and Back Market products.

As part of the Product team, you will be an Intern Product Manager working with the APAC Product Team, whose mission is to expand the Back Market vision to Asia (Starting with Japan).
Your Mission (If You Accept It): 🥇
-You will be supporting the Product Manager in defining the experience of our customers. --You’ll be taking part in the product cycle: Problem identification, user research, ideation, design, development, and launch. To do so, you will work with all product counterparts (designer, researchers, web analysts etc.) and different departments such as Marketing to ensure that your product fits perfectly into the Back Market experience and brings value to users.
-Together with the Product Manager, you’ll define your team's product roadmap based on data and user research. Your analytical skills allow you to methodically approach a problem and state your assumptions. You have an understanding of a good user experience and design and you can easily collaborate with the designers. Thanks to your business understanding and your product mindset, you’ll evaluate different evolution requests and continuously benchmark solutions.
-You will take part in the agile organization of the team to build and ship impactful features. Your organization and fast learning skills will help you get a full understanding of the product. You will write detailed specifications and user stories, animate agile rituals like sprint standups and refinement, as well as perform quality assurance (QA). Thanks to your ownership and communication skills, you are able to oversee the implementation of a feature with the engineers while ensuring a smooth workflow and collaborative team spirit.

- You’ve had previous experience in product management, entrepreneurship or startups. Bonus points if you already have experience in marketplace’s mechanics.
- You are aware of the Agile and Lean concepts.
- You are curious about technical topics.
- You have basic analytical skills.
- You have a passion for the Product. By having the user at the center of all your thoughts, you aim for innovation to maximize your product impact.
- You have effective and precise communication skills.
- You are rigorous, humble, curious and proactive.
