Product Manager - Integrations

We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our Product team and help turn DICE into the heart of the music technology ecosystem, by building products that enable interoperability like APIs and Authentication Providers.

About the role

You’ll be empowering artists and venues to put on incredible shows attended by millions of fans. Specifically, you’ll be leveraging integrations to improve how they manage their events, all the way from selling tickets to facilitating access control on the night.

You’ll be

• Understanding the main problems partners have when it comes to putting on shows, and creating solutions via integrations.
• Responsible for existing APIs that enable third parties to access DICE partner data and build applications.
• Driving partnerships and integrations with other software providers and driving adoption of our APIs, including launch and communications.
• Exploring integrations with other software SDKs and APIs where it makes sense.
• Managing relationships with existing partners using our APIs, including venues, promoters and affiliate marketing partners.
• Owning the success of this area of the product, establishing and measuring clear metrics.

You’ll need

• Experience in building public APIs, SDKs or middleware.
• Knowledge on how to document and promote the connectors you have built.
• Experience leading on technical integrations from a project management and technical perspective.
• Experience identifying strategic partnerships and involving the right stakeholders to drive opportunities to fruition.
