Product Manager, Integrations

Brex is building the new global standard for financial services, starting with corporate cards. We are designing the product from first principles, enabling us to have unparalleled features and a seamless, modern experience for our customers. With backing from top venture firms and industry veterans, Brex is one of the fastest-growing startups to date, and we’re looking for someone to help scale the company with incredible products across the board. 

We are hiring an experienced product manager to drive our Integrations efforts. This individual will own the product strategy and roadmap for Brex’s integrations with our various enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. ERP integrations are at the cornerstone of our customers’ needs, making this a critical and high visibility role. A product leader in this role should enjoy spending significant time with senior external stakeholders on strategic roadmap discussions, internal developers understanding current pain points and needs, along with engineering leaders identifying opportunities to improve our core systems and other product leaders depending on integrations features. 

Responsibilities:

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for Brex’s ERP integrations, including infrastructure and APIs, that allows us to achieve depth and breadth with speed and high quality.
• Establish the vision for the product team. Challenge the status quo and inspire people toward a unified outcome. 
• Set clear goals and metrics for the team and be held accountable to achieving them. Efficiently execute to ship product and deliver impact for our business and customers.
• Define new integrations as well as expanding existing integrations by working closely with sales, custom experience, business development, partners, other product teams, data and operations
• Lead large, cross-functional groups of people to deliver on the team’s mission. Communicate concisely and influence outcomes across Engineering, Data, Operations, Sales, Partners and other Product teams.

What We Value:

• Product experience: 5+ years of Technical PM experience
• Technical expertise: You’ve led large-scale financial platforms or built products that scale. You have previous experience with building integrations and platforms en masse. You are equally excited about working on achieving 99.9999% reliability, well-designed APIs and the impact of financial platforms on the customer-facing experience 
• Analytical: Aptitude for digging deep into the data, thinking from first principles, and delivering the best results.
• Team-first: The team comes first and you have proven experience working well with a wide range of cross-functional stakeholders
• Crisp communicator: High attention to detail including precise and effective communications around technical concepts, including the ability to translate technical concepts into easy to understand explanations with external customers/partners
• Results-oriented: You enjoy doing whatever it takes to execute on complex projects
• Entrepreneurial spirit: Self-starter who thrives in a fast paced environment, deals well with ambiguity and focuses on driving impact

Product at Brex:

Our Product Managers have a deep understanding of the business and are responsible for aligning cross-functional teams across the company around key decisions.
