Product Manager, Insurance Operations (H/F)

We are looking for a Product Manager for the Insurance Team ?

As part of our team growth effort for this year, we are looking for a technical product manager to help build the operation applications backbone in the Insurance Business Unit. Initially reporting to the CPO and working in close collaboration with the rest of the PM team, you will play a key role in evolving our execution strategy.

In this role, you will regularly interact with internal users who are involved in operating the business. You will gather their insights, distill their needs and challenges, and collaborate with a team of internal development engineers and external consultants to build outstanding new solutions.

You will lead the product development of 3rd party system integrations and internal tooling of Ornikar Assurance. In partnership with a business Operations team, you will help scale the sales, support and marketing teams that rely on a mix of off-the-shelf tools (e.g. Salesforce) and internally developed applications. 

What you will do ?

Your missions, if you accept them :

1- Product strategy

Define objectives and a roadmap that meet the business needs of Ornikar's sales, marketing and customer operations teams and communicate it effectively to internal stakeholders.

2- Product discovery

Understand and identify your users’ pain points and needs through qualitative research and quantitative data to improve and scale the Insurance product operations. Work collaboratively to define high-impact value enhancement opportunities.

When necessary, benchmark best-in-class tools and solutions and conduct make vs. buy research and analysis.

3- Product planning

Work closely with business operations teams and engineering leaders to plan product roadmaps that deliver value.

Write user stories, design mockups, run experiments, prepare demos keeping close attention to edge cases and meeting requirements discovered during user research and problem definition.

4- Product delivery

Orchestrate the execution as well as monitor the performance of all your team’s product development efforts to ensure they are meeting business objectives.

Communicate in a timely manner with leaders and other stakeholders about important information, alerts, etc.
