Infarm is growing fast - building sustainable, local food systems in cities around the world leveraging our large-scale cloud-connected vertical farming network. We’re looking for a Product Manager for our Operations Software team. You’ll be responsible for helping define, build and ship software that powers our core farming operations in both our farming hubs and our network of in-store farms around the world.

Operations Software is responsible for the scheduling and planning of our farm production - all the way from seed to harvest and final packaging. Our software enables our farms to intelligently grow our delicious, sustainable produce on demand - ensuring the right varieties get seeded and planted at the right times in the optimal farm locations with the best possible growing recipes.  Operations Software also helps our Growers on the ground in our state-of-the-art farm hubs and in-store locations to complete their growing tasks as efficiently as possible.

Responsibilities:

• Be the Subject Matter Expert for our Operations Software domain
• Elicit, write, analyze, and communicate requirements for your product area
• Collaborate across teams and manage dependencies to develop and ship new features
• Support overall digital product vision and roadmap definition 
• Translate insights into an actionable Product Roadmap, features and detailed user stories
• Write, maintain, and prioritize the backlog for your product area, ensuring user stories are well defined, groomed, estimated with dependencies flagged
• Communicate business value and priorities to your Product team (Design and Engineering)
• Partner with Design and Engineering to deliver maximum business value to your stakeholders
• Define and analyze product performance metrics/KPIs for use in product validation and planning
• Drive continuous product improvement through testing, feedback and review sessions with end users 
• Improve and contribute to delivery cycle processes/ways of working
• Document and maintain all product documentation, release notes and knowledge bases

Skills & Experience:

• 3-5 years experience as a Product Manager delivering software products and leading cross-disciplinary teams of designers and engineers ideally in a startup or scaleup environment
• Comfortable working in fast-moving environments with high autonomy and levels of ambiguity
• Some experience with connected products/IoT would be useful but not essential
• Experience and/or interest in operations and automation/robotics also is useful but not essential
