We are looking for a Product Manager to play a pivotal role in defining and shaping the future of our product at holi. 

Responsibilities

As part of a product quartet, you will…

  • derive and execute the product strategy based on the overall company vision, collaborating closely with your team and fellow product peers.

  • gather expectations from various stakeholders, prioritize product requirements, and lead your empowered team in creating and executing a roadmap.

  • collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including Engineers, user researchers, Designers, and Community team members, to ensure the delivery of a user-centric product.

  • own the entire product lifecycle, from product discovery and delivery to maintenance, ensuring a sustainable and modern product that adapts to evolving user needs.

What we're looking for

We are looking for someone, that has professional experience as a product manager, preferably in an international start-up tech environment. Ideally, you…

  • approach unstructured problems with an iterative, flexible mindset.

  • enjoy challenging existing assumptions and rigorously testing their underlying hypotheses.

  • excel at breaking down complex tasks into manageable parts, adopting an agile and iterative approach.

  • utilize data to comprehend and shape your product based on user habits and strategic company needs.

  • are an empathetic lateral leader with a good understanding for technical challenges, integrating different perspectives into a cohesive strategy.

  • are used to work with cross functional technical teams in a fully remote set up.

  • are a team player with strong communication skills in English.

  • possess a track record of guiding a product towards product-market-fit and beyond.

  • are tech-savvy with an interest/knowledge of emerging technologies and industry trends.

  • bring experience in user research and UX design to contribute to the team’s product discovery, user centric ideation and iterative validation of solutions. 

  • have a genuine drive for social commitment and a desire to have a positive impact on the planet and society.

Practical Information 

  • We are a remote-first company, and you can work fully remote or come visit us at our Hamburg and Berlin offices.

  • We organize bi-annual company-wide retreats and optional meet-ups every quarter.

  • Ideally, your working hours align with CET +/-2 hours.

  • We offer flexible part-time or full-time arrangements.

  • We encourage taking time off when needed, with an Flexible Time off policy(minimum 25 days per year based on full-time employment, no upper limit).
