Why do we need you? As Product Manager for Enterprise, you’ll directly influence Calendly’s product by owning and driving the strategy, roadmap, and vision that serves Calendly’s largest customers. This will be a dynamic role, with high demands on multitasking, communication skills, and technical knowledge.

A day in the life of a Product Manager at Calendly

In this position, you'll be reporting to our Senior Manager, Product Management - Platform Services & Trust. Our work environment thrives on collaboration, and we encourage you to apply your creativity and drive to bring fresh features and ideas to the market. You will be liaising closely with teams from engineering, design, sales, product marketing, customer experience, and product leadership to ensure that our growth, product outcomes, and customer satisfaction goals are met.

On a typical day, you will be working on:

  • Product Leadership: Lead Calendly's growth into the enterprise sector by setting a clear vision, strategy, and roadmap
  • Execution: Develop the product roadmap and set defined goals for the team; efficiently execute to ship products and deliver impact for our business and users
  • Teamwork: Join forces with designers, researchers, and data scientists to explore problem spaces and define feature functionality
  • Collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership, go-to-market teams, and other key figures within Calendly
  • User Insights: Lead user research initiatives and analyze metrics that inform product success and health
  • Market Insights: Stay up-to-date on the many ways our customers use Calendly to get their jobs done

What do we need from you?

  • 3+ years of experience in Product Management
  • Previous experience building and monetizing mid-market and enterprise functionalities in a modern B2B SaaS product
  • Experience shipping sizable software products and are used to working through the entire product cycle under deadline pressure
  • Keen product sense, UX design experience with a deep empathy for customers; highly motivated to ‘remove the pain’ and power a frictionless experience for customers
  • Strong working knowledge of the various needs across stakeholders (i.e. end user, business, IT, procurement) within large enterprise customers
  • Authorized to work lawfully in the United States of America as Calendly does not engage in immigration sponsorship at this time
