High-Growth Integrations PM [Internal] Job Description

See yourself at Twilio

Join the team as our next Product Manager, High-Growth Integrations

Who we are & why we’re hiring

Twilio powers real-time business communications and data solutions that help companies and developers worldwide build better applications and customer experiences.

Although we're headquartered in San Francisco, we have presence throughout South America, Europe, Asia and Australia. We're on a journey to becoming a globally anti-racist, anti-oppressive, anti-bias company that actively opposes racism and all forms of oppression and bias. At Twilio, we support diversity, equity & inclusion wherever we do business. We employ thousands of Twilions worldwide, and we're looking for more builders, creators, and visionaries to help fuel our growth momentum.

About the job

This position is needed to build the next generation of Segment integrations, leveraging our Destination Actions framework. The new High-Growth Integrations team will rebuild Segment’s most popular integrations using Actions, starting with the integrations that are critical to the success of our new Reverse ETL product.

As a Product Manager for the new High-Growth Integrations Team, you will transform Product Requests, Slack questions and ambiguity into a juicy product roadmap full of high-impact integrations. You’ll partner with Strategic Connections and Actions PMs to evolve our integrations platform. And you’ll work with cross-functional teammates in Product Marketing, Operations and GTM to launch these impactful new integrations.

Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll:

  • Wear the customer’s shoes: Use your deep understanding of Segment customer needs to define how new integrations should function, across cloud-mode and web and mobile device-mode. Prioritize feature requests and maintenance needs for classic integrations
  • Drive Integrations roadmap: Work with cross-functional stakeholders (for example, GTM and Reverse ETL) to prioritize the most impactful integration builds and set expectations.
  • Drop some knowledge: Build systems & content to scale understanding & expertise across a global GTM team
  • Push the Actions envelope: Identify ways in which we need to extend the Actions framework to achieve customer needs
  • Grow your career in Product Management

Not all applicants will have skills that match a job description exactly. If your career is just starting or hasn't followed a traditional path, don't let that stop you from considering Twilio. We are always looking for people who will bring something new to the table!

Required:

  • Deep understanding of customers’ goals and challenges when integrating with Segment’s most popular integrations
  • 1 or 2 years of experience working as a Product Manager
  • Strong product sense and have demonstrated experience synthesizing large sets of information into clean, easy to understand and actionable product requirements
  • Good at dealing with ambiguity and clearly synthesizing actionable next steps
  • Experience PM’ing 1 or more product projects resulting in clear business impact
  • Excellent problem solving, organizational and analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills

Location

This role will be remote, located in the US.
