Product Manager - Identity Management

Job Description 

Bynder is an award-winning SaaS solution that allows brands to easily create, find and distribute content, such as documents, assets and videos. More than 500,000 brand managers, marketers and creatives use Bynder every day to collaborate globally, produce, review and approve new marketing collateral, and circulate company content at the click of a button. 

You will be responsible for the authentication and Identity management domain in our platform. This is a vital part of all our products. It’s at the core of our value proposition to make sure the right people and services have access to the right content. Recently the Identity management team has done great work to improve the login experience for our customers and they for instance have added the ability to set up multiple SSO providers for one account.

For this role you will work together with a dedicated product owner who will work closely together with the team and focus on delivering quality solutions to the problems identified. You as the product manager for this team will be responsible for the higher level strategy, stakeholder management, and identify the right opportunities and problems to solve to help our customers succeed!

Responsibilities

• Strategy: Own and drive the product strategy and be responsible for the overall success of the product.
• Leadership: Work collaboratively with team members across all departments including Engineering, Product, Product Marketing, Marketing, Sales and Customer Success.
• Prioritisation: Partner with customers to learn about problems and opportunities to drive prioritisation of new features and enhancements.
• Enablement: Enable your team to work autonomously against requirements and outcomes and enable customers to easily understand and adopt new functionality.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of Product Management SaaS experience
• Relevant experience with Identity management is a plus
• Experience working with cross-functional teams of engineers and designers to deliver extraordinary products
• Exceptional communication skills, both within your team and with leadership and stakeholders
• Experience building and leading businesses units, including ownership and optimisation of business performance metrics
• Entrepreneurial spirit and a hunger for learning
