The team

Our Product & Program Management teams work on some of the most impactful and challenging problems in the Software industry. We are a highly collaborative cross-border group that operates on the edge between Engineering and the business and helps to design solutions from concept to launch – all while focusing on and advocating for what’s best for our customers. We work closely with Engineering and Design to create some of the most innovative never-been-done-before products. We partner with the Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Security teams to bring the product to market.

This position

As Product Manager on the DocuSign Identify team, you will help us expand our identity verification offerings for our customers worldwide. You will be working on solutions that help customers comply with local e-signature and raise the level of security and trust for their agreement processes. Your role will be to collaborate with Engineering and Design to define solutions for our key opportunities, to deliver on those solutions, and to track the success of features and experiments to ensure we meet our goals. Your objectives will be directly linked to business metrics such as revenue, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

This position reports to the Senior Product Manager, Identify and is designated as Flex (Hybrid).

Responsibilities

• Lead features from concept to launch based on defined business strategy and OKRs. 
• Understand market, competitors & customer needs by working closely with Customers, Consumers, User Research, Data Science, and Marketing to drive the next generation of Identity and eSignature innovations. 
• Prioritize and influence the product roadmap for effective release and sprint planning.
• Participate in definition and design of features, iterating with business, product, user experience, program and engineering stakeholders.
• Facilitate requirements definition across teams to translate product requirements into developer-ready JIRA user stories and acceptance criteria and drive prioritization of the backlog.
• Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products
• Work closely with Customer Support, Product Management, User Experience, Product Development and Marketing on go to market strategies. 

Basic Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in software development or technical product management
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented 
• Critical thinking and creative problem-solving 
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Curious about emerging trends and technology
• Basic knowledge of user experience and interaction design fundamentals
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Systems, or related degree. 
• Fluency in written and spoken English and French

 Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in delivering applications using Agile methodologies
• Experience in SaaS product development
