? The Problem

Clinical trials and care are challenged by a lack of access for historically underserved or underrepresented populations. Only 5% of an eligible population actually enrolls in a clinical trial. Digital technologies have the potential to change that by shifting more care to the home or non-traditional settings, driving a better understanding of patients’ needs, improving access to medicines, and fostering greater inclusivity. But we need the infrastructure to deploy these technologies safely and equitably at scale.

? The Solution

HumanFirst is building workflow solutions to evaluate and deploy digital technologies for remote health monitoring. 22 of the top 25 Pharma companies have used our platform to evaluate and execute digital measurement strategies for decentralized trials. We “wrote the book” on incorporating digital measures into trials with the Digital Medicine Society (DiMe) and industry stakeholders, as the leading industry guide. By providing the tools, resources, and guidance necessary to move forward in the new era of digital healthcare, HumanFirst is advancing the safe, effective, and equitable use of digital medicine in real-life settings.

??‍?The Role

We are looking for a marketing-oriented and data-driven Product Manager to take charge of the development of the OpenAtlas Product, deciding on its direction and critical features. You will also provide support for product marketing activities for the overall Atlas Platform. If you’re a creative product thinker who loves collaborating with engineering, analytics, marketing, design and sales, we’d love to talk to you.

You’ll be joining a team of product specialists, engineers and clinicians who understand the value of bringing healthcare home. We are at an exciting point with our product where we know it’s working, and we have endless opportunities to grow it. At HumanFirst we are fully remote so we look forward to you joining us from anywhere in the US.

? What you will do

Within one month you'll...

• Collaborate with marketing and design to understand, segment, and target our OpenAtlas user base

• Create and track key metrics for engagement and retention and experiment with efforts to move those metrics

Within three months you'll...

• Launch new and existing user campaigns to increase new user engagement and retention

• Create a strategic plan to convert OpenAtlas users into customers in conjunction with marketing, sales, design, and engineering

Within six months you'll...

• Set the direction of the OpenAtlas product

• Implement and learn from innovative approaches to dramatically increase user growth and engagement

• Significantly improve the onboarding process, enabling users to learn and quickly engage with the product

? What you have

At least 3+ years of experience at early-stage or growth-stage startups in consumer-facing products, whether B2C, B2B2C, or B2C2B - Healthcare, Clinical Trial, Pharma, or Product Marketing experience is a plus!
Experience doing user research and designing customer feedback interviews
Experience bringing a product to market, expanding a singular product, or scaling a high-growth product
Strong customer and growth marketing mindset and skills
Successful track record working directly with engineering on day-to-day sprint activities\
Strong conceptual and analytical problem-solving skills
High attention to detail including precise and effective communications with external customers/partners
Ability to multitask and learn new skills in a fast-paced environment
Low ego and high EQ: no job is too small
Excitement to dive into a technical product, that will serve the clinical trial and care industry
