Rippling is built around the core employee record, and the HRIS (Human Resources Information System) team is at the center of our employee management platform and Rippling’s core value proposition. The HRIS team owns the user workflows that support the employee lifecycle -- from hiring/onboarding, transitions, and termination/offboarding -- in addition to applications that serve HR professionals, including digital document management, org management, the employee directory, and more.
The product team owns Rippling’s product direction, defining what to build in order to solve customer problems in a way that allows us to succeed as a business. We distill insights from key stakeholders across the company, user research, product-generated data, and competitive analysis. We incorporate these insights to discover and prioritize new products and features, collaborating with our design and engineering counterparts to bring them to life. We partner with the appropriate teams to make sure that they are properly launched and are positioned to be successfully sold, serviced, and supported. We iterate on these features using data and customer feedback to make sure that they fulfill and surpass the goals we had when we decided to build them.
As a Product Manager on the HRIS team, you will own products that empower HR professionals to more efficiently and effectively support their workforce and provide employees with access to the resources they need throughout the employment lifecycle.
Even if you don’t meet all of the requirements listed here, we still encourage you to apply. Skills can be used in lots of different ways and your life and professional experience may be relevant beyond what a list of requirements will capture.
