Product Manager, HelloSign API

Role Description

Responsibilities

• Be a key player in the ownership of the HelloSign API: A unique platform that caters to developers and system integrators alike with an intuitive interface that still maintains powerful options and flexibility
• Work with Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing to ideate improvements that address company objectives. Build business cases, pitch ideas, and gain buy-in from stakeholders
• Help balance your product’s long-term roadmap with its backlog of issues and bugs. Be an expert at prioritization
• Deliver crisp product requirements to engineering. Remove obstacles from the path on to shipping
• Be a customer advocate. Gain a deep understanding of their needs through both qualitative and quantitative measures
• Ability to champion the goals and vision of the product, inspire team members to do great work and remove roadblocks to make progress
• Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Professional Services, Customer Operations, Marketing, and Sales/BD to bring products to market. Be an advocate for your product. Make sure stakeholders are excited about, trained on, and aware of launches in order to factor into their own objectives
• Make data-informed decisions. Know how you’re measuring success before starting any project. Obsess over your KPIs. Know when to commit more resources and when to cut

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in B2B SaaS, specifically building and driving technical products.
• Have experience working with APIs and platform integrations
• Consistent history of delivering measurable results for both users and the business.
• Strong skills around cross-functional collaboration, influence, and communication; an ability to achieve clarity and drive focus in a complex and dynamic environment
• Ability to define a long-term product or business strategy, while executing on short-term product development goals
• A deep understanding and empathy for end-users
• Build consensus and listen well, but can also drive hard decisions. You push the pace. You take blame and pass the praise. People love working with you.
