About the Role:

Peloton is seeking a passionate and results-oriented Hardware Product Manager to play a key role in shaping the future of our fitness equipment. Reporting to a Lead Product Manager,
you will collaborate closely to define, develop, and launch the next generation of Peloton hardware products. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative products that are

What You Will Do:

  • Product Strategy & Roadmap Support: Work closely with the Lead Product Manager to contribute to the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Peloton's hardware product line.
  • Market & User Research: Assist in conducting market research, competitive analysis, and user studies to identify opportunities and unmet needs in the fitness equipment space.
  • Requirements Definition: In partnership with the LPM, collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Industrial Design, Operations, Marketing) to translate user needs and business requirements into detailed product specifications and user stories.
  • Product Development Lifecycle: Support the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch, working closely with global engineering and design teams to ensure timely and high-quality execution.
  • Feature Prioritization: In Partnership with the LPM, participate in the prioritization of features and functionalities based on user impact, business value, and technical feasibility.
  • Go-to-Market Planning: Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute successful product launch plans.
  • Performance Monitoring & Analysis: Track and analyze key product metrics to identify areas for improvement and inform future product decisions.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate product plans, progress, and challenges to internal stakeholders across the organization.
  • Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve product-related issues throughout the development process.
  • Staying Informed: Continuously stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings in the fitness and hardware spaces.


What You Will Have:

  • 3-5 years of experience in product management, with a focus on hardware products.
  • Demonstrated experience in the full product development lifecycle, from concept to launch.
  • Strong understanding of hardware development processes, manufacturing, and supply chain considerations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Passion for fitness and a strong understanding of the connected fitness landscape is a plus.
  • Experience working with global teams is a plus

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based at our New York City headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors including, without limitation, experience and business objectives and if the location for the job changes. Base Salary Range
$140,400$166,100 USD
