About the Job
We’re looking for a Product Manager to lead a new subscription-based product on our Growth team.

The Growth teams are focused on accelerating Hopper’s user growth and the lifetime value of customers in the app. We have been building a foundational platform for Hopper's virtual currency (Carrot Cash) and wallet that has proved to activate users and retain customers at scale with cash back and loyalty programs. We're looking to start a new subscription-based product that brings outsized value to customers in order to earn their travel wallet share.

Responsibilities

  • Work with a cross-functional team of product designers, data scientists, and engineers to build a compelling subscription program that activates subscribers and retains them in the program.
  • Manage a product roadmap for a set of product and technical features from inception through implementation; collect and document requirements, establish key performance metrics, craft the user experience, and drive execution.
  • Use good judgment to make appropriate trade-offs when scoping and specifying solutions to UX features or complex technical issues, and document and communicate projects to maximum clarity with respect to its intended resolution and expected impact to the business.
  • Pare down an ideal feature to the minimum viable product: identify what's essential for us to know if this is a good idea, what's not, and how we can limit cost and risk

Benefits

  • Well-funded and proven startup with large ambitions, competitive salary and stock options
  • Unlimited PTO
  • WeWork All Access Pass OR work-from-home stipend
  • Entrepreneurial culture where pushing limits and taking risks is everyday business
  • Open communication with management and company leadership
  • Small, dynamic teams = massive impact
  • 100% employer paid medical, dental, vision, disability and life insurance plans
  • Access to a 401k (US) or Retirement Savings Plan (Canada)
