Product Manager - Growth

OVERVIEW

We are looking for a product manager to own the user journey from discovery of Modern Treasury to becoming an engaged, paying customer.

This role will focus on the user journey across all of Modern Treasury, which includes our website, API docs, and platform. You will partner with our go-to-market team to segment, guide, and analyze our users. You will work closely with design and engineering in crafting excellent experiences across our web properties to drive discovery and conversion.

Within the platform itself, this product manager will own the user journey until they become an engaged customer. You will partner closely with the other product and engineering teams to improve our self-serve experiences and sandbox.

Most importantly, you will take ownership of our customer journey for finding a banking partner and our new bank onboarding product. This is a 0 to 1 product opportunity that is critical to our growth funnel and has very high visibility and impact.

• You have a track record of shipping great experiences that lead to discovery and high conversion in a role similar to this one

• You are customer-obsessed and want to spend a ton of time with customers and prospects so that you can craft journeys that make Modern Treasury easily understandable and accessible

• You know when to rely on intuition and when to rely on data

• You have experience instrumenting funnels, go-to-market data pipelines, and user experiences

• You are an excellent verbal and written communicator

• You thrive in a cross-functionally collaborative environment. You will work closely with functions like sales, marketing, customer success, engineering, design, and finance.

• You are intellectually curious and fascinated by innovative businesses, how they grow, and the technology they need to accelerate that growth
