We train AI towards its intelligence. Our ability to train increasingly more capable and safer models depends on collecting high-quality data. The process of aligning and practicalizing AI to make it substantially useful to people’s daily work and life requires supervision from many humans to begin with. And AI has a massive need of building and growing a community of AI trainers with domain expertise in every possible field.
We are looking for a growth hacking product manager to help create one of our ground-breaking research products from 0 to 1. You will identify, test, and scale new channels and strategies to acquire, engage, and retain AI trainers across different domains and skill levels. You will also work closely with our research, product, engineering, and program teams to optimize the data collection platform and the feedback loop between the product and the trainers. You will be one of the founding members on the Human Data team.
