Location Details: Colombia, Remote

At GoDaddy, the future of work looks different for each team. Some teams work in the office full-time, others have a hybrid arrangement (they work remotely some days and in the office some days), and some work entirely remotely.

This is a remote position, so you’ll be working remotely from your home. You may occasionally visit a GoDaddy office to meet with your team for events or meetings.

This position is not eligible to be performed in Alaska, Mississippi, North Dakota, or the Virgin Islands.

Join GoDaddy's Data and Analytics (DnA) team, where we harness the power of data, modeling, platforms, and Generative AI to deliver ground-breaking experiences for our 21 million customers worldwide! As a Senior Product Manager - AI/ML, you'll play a pivotal role in balancing opportunities across our global business with strategic investments, ensuring we employ groundbreaking AI and Machine Learning technologies to improve value for our micro-businesses and entrepreneurs.

In this key position, you'll work closely with our internal Generative AI teams, partners, and leaders to further develop and mature our AI platform and services. Part of your remit is to enable boundless, high-impact use cases through AI platform productization that accelerates product innovation and improves employee efficiency company-wide. Through customer-centricity, cross-team collaboration, and product prowess, orthogonal teams building verticalized solutions backed by secure and governed AI systems will rely on the products and capabilities you usher into the organization.

What you’ll get to do…

• Influence and guide the strategic roadmap and execution for GoDaddy's Generative AI platform, services, and solutions, ensuring customer value and business alignment
• Collaborate with internal AI/ML teams, engineering, data science, design and architects, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive the conceptualization, development, and delivery of innovative AI-powered products and capabilities
• Deeply understand the customer’s objective and journey while removing problems and growing opportunities within the Generative AI landscape
• Define and prioritize product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, ensuring a customer-centric approach throughout the product lifecycle
• Manage the end-to-end product development process, from ideation to launch, continuously iterating and optimizing based on qualitative and quantitative signals
• Champion the adoption of AI-driven products and services across GoDaddy's ecosystem, working closely with security, legal and privacy, risk, IT, and other contributing teams to drive minimize corporate and customer risk while optimizing value and impact
• Evolve internal governance frameworks and practices ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, data privacy, and ethical AI principles
• Continuously supervise and analyze product performance, customer feedback, and market trends, adapting strategies and roadmaps to maintain a driven edge and drive sustained value

Your experience should include...

• 4+ years of product management experience
• Success in productizing AI/ML across multiple product lifecycle stages and improving adoption
• Highly skilled at collaborating with technical and non-technical teams to develop and implement AI-driven products
• Experience in defining and implementing product metrics, measurement frameworks, and data-driven decision-making processes to optimize product health
• Familiarity with Agile product development methodologies
• Deep comprehension of AI/ML technologies, back-end services like APIs, and front-end interfaces like applications
• Experience influencing and operationalizing governance frameworks from a system and policy perspective
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the power to synthesize data and make informed decisions
• Excellent communication and partner management demonstrating the ability to influence and align teams across a matrixed organization
