Product Manager, Go to Market 

As a platform company powering businesses all over the world, Stripe processes payments, runs marketplaces, and detects fraud, helping entrepreneurs start an internet business from anywhere in the world. GTM (Go To Market) Engineering is a newly formed team within our Business applications team that is pivotal to scaling our Global Sales and Marketing teams.  This will be accomplished through tooling that enables an end to end workflow automation, services that enrich user experiences with data from multiple sources, platform level capabilities that enforce Stripe's security bar while enabling integration with multiple first and third party systems and build custom solutions to complex problems facing our global user base. 

As a product manager in GTM Engineering, you’ll be building a suite of tools and services that help our Sales team discover and respond to opportunities that benefit Stripes’ users rapidly. You will have the opportunity to build and measure experiences that improve productivity and efficiency of our Sales and Marketing organization, while helping us to envision and build a secure platform that enables us to seamlessly integrate third party tools by holding a high security bar. 

We are looking for product managers with a strong background or interest in diving deep into ambiguous problems. You are comfortable dealing with many moving pieces, you work effectively across teams and functions, and you have exquisite attention to detail. You’re looking forward to learning new technologies, systems, and problem domains.

You will:

• Partner with the engineering team to ship functionality that delights sales engineers and marketers alike, has the right balance of impact vs engineering cost, and makes a measurable impact on the business
• Interact with users and propose critical experiences and workflows that best serve them
• Validate product ideas and prototypes with early adopters 
• Define key success metrics for products 
• Work on service definition and roadmap internal to the company 

We’re looking for someone who has:

• 5+ years of Product Management experience
• 3+ years experience developing and iterating on GTM systems with preferred experience in sales operations, sales, or consulting
• Computer Science background or equivalent technical experience 
• Preferred but Optional: People who have experience with Salesforce APIs
