Tasks awaiting you:

Under the responsibility of our VP Product Management, you will be the leader of a functional team of 7 people (1 Product Manager, 1 Product Designer, 5 Tech) and will be responsible to:

- Collect, sort and analyze business needs

- Participate in the definition of quarterly business and product objectives for your team

- Develop the product roadmap for your team

- Define, prioritize and write the tasks necessary to execute your roadmap

- Communicate and explain the new tasks to the Tech team

- Define and execute the internal and external communication and training plan for your roadmap (in conjunction with our Product Marketing Manager)

- Define and track the KPIs related to your team and the developed features (in connection with our Data Engineer

- Check the quality of new features and identify bugs

- Participate in building the team

What we are looking for

You are graduated **from a top engineering or business school**
You have at least 3 years of experience as a PM
You have a first experience in B2B SaaS and in a fast growing startup
You are customer, problem and impact oriented
You are an excellent communicator and are able to get an entire company behind your vision
You have experience working with design and tech teams
You have a logical mind and ability to synthesize
You have excellent conception skills
You are rigorous
You know how to start from a user need and break it down into several features
You are ambitious and the startup spirit attracts you
You are a team player and want to share your knowledge
