ABOUT THE ROLE

Galileo is looking for an experienced Product Manager to lead our internal platform and data team and core systems integration initiatives. This role will work collaboratively with our care teams, field operations and technology teams to deliver the tools and infrastructure needed to provide exceptional, thoughtful care to a diverse population with complex clinical and social needs, as well as the foundational framework that will allow our developers to build a world class care delivery platform.

Here’s what you will do:

• Lead the efforts of a full-stack development team focused on building the infrastructure and toolsets used by our developers to build high quality, scalable software
• Develop a deep understanding of our Medicare/Medicaid care delivery model and workflows to help guide technology investments to improve efficiency and quality of care
• Identify gaps in our internal user’s data experience and work with data engineering and analytics teams to build data products to serve those needs
• Work with stakeholders and leaders of product and engineering to prioritize features and improvements, develop strategic roadmaps, and communicate a cohesive product vision 
• Focus on building and executing a vision that values Galileo member’s quality of care  and experience above all else

We’d love to hear from you if the following describes you:

• Experienced product manager (3+ years) who has released a broad range of successful products (versus someone who has just shipped features)
• Strong technical orientation and experience integrating multiple, disparate systems (experience with data products and integrations a plus)
• True ownership mindset regarding outcomes of what you build (successes and failures), as well as high standards for design and usability
• User empathy — understanding challenges and what it takes to solve them 

COMPENSATION RANGE:  

$91,000 - $139,000 based upon prior experience, performance, and market dynamics
