Product Manager

Gains Network is developing gTrade, a liquidity-efficient, user-friendly decentralized leveraged trading platform. gTrade is one of the largest leverage trading platforms in DeFi. Its novel and innovative technical architecture, as well as its strong and dedicated core contributors have positioned it for considerable, continued growth.

We're looking for a self-motivated, creative, product-centric contributor. You'll work closely with other core members to accelerate growth and deliver quality, impactful deliverables. You will be the first core product member, so the ability to impact and drive change is second to none.

Responsibilities

• Help drive DeFi and TradFi adoption

• Define the growth strategy and inform roadmap developments

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify needs, competitive landscape, trends

• Maximize current product offerings while working towards high value future improvements

• Create positive flywheels for all network participants

• Define, iterate, monitor, and drive key input and output metrics

• Work cross-functionally to guide features, projects, initiatives from conception to launch

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management or similar

• 2+ years of experience in a consumer focused, high growth environment

• Demonstrated success in driving product strategy, roadmap development, and execution

• Excellent communication skills, especially in a global, distributed, evolving environment

• Strong DeFi understanding

Nice to haves

• Prev experience as a startup founder

• Prev experience working on a reputable DeFi project

• Prev experience working on a trading platform / protocol / or the likes
