You will be taking the lead in scaling our first product in the UK. Working with teams from engineering, insurance, credit and data science to deliver immediate value for our first cohort of members going through fertility treatments. You will define, prioritise and communicate short, mid and long term goals of the product. Success is a product selling well as measured by number of new members, high conversion of funnel, low cost of customer acquisition and most importantly, customer satisfaction measured by NPS. The role also requires working with legal and compliance teams to ensure zero tolerance of any compliance issue or breach of regulatory requirements.
