Product Manager

Who we are looking for.

We are looking for a Product Manager with an opportunity to grow into a leadership position over time.

Goals for the first 3 months:

• Work cross-functionally with the CEO, engineering, design and operations teams to deliver our first product to market
• Grow the number of memberships to 100
• Develop and manage our first product roadmap

Goals for the first 12 months

• Identify opportunities for an adjacent product
• Build a product function in the company
• Develop a long-term roadmap for the product and continue growing our customer base

About you.

• You have experience as a Product Manager with a proven track record of shipping impactful products
• Experience with financial products is not required, experience with consumer products is desirable
• You have the ability to think deeply about product design decisions and aim to create simple, intuitive interfaces
• You have experience with doing competitive research and market analysis. You have a good grasp of where the market is going and can identify impactful opportunities
• You can run user research and do some basic data analysis to validate assumptions
• You set ambitious goals for the team and make sure that they drive value for users and for the business
• You are a strong communicator with the ability to hear all voices in the room and make a weighted decision
• You are passionate about building 0 to 1 products and are not blocked by “analysis paralysis” when you don’t have enough data. You find ways to move fast and unblock the team
• You are self-driven and organised
