Product Manager, Fulfillment

As a Product Manager, you will deliver business impact by collaborating with your team to identify and address the most impactful customer problems and improving on existing ones in close collaboration with cross-functional product partners in engineering, product design, research, analytics, marketing and product management.

This is a full-time position reporting to the Director of Product. For this role, we are considering candidates based in Mexico who are either remote, flex, or office-based. What’s this team like at Etsy?

• Work cross-functionally with partners in engineering, design, T&S operations, research, and analytics.
• Actively chip in to solving consumer-facing problems, developing strategies and roadmaps, as well as carrying out those plans.

What does the day-to-day look like?

• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to develop and deliver products that are scalable and reliable. Lead agile ceremonies, including planning and grooming.
• Own and define/refine the metrics of the team’s products, including impact to the business and our customers
• Collaborate with leaders across our other functions (including engineering, marketing, insights/analytics, and design) to realize the full scale of Fulfillment capabilities at Etsy
• Example projects may include: improving global tracking experiences for buyers and improving our post-order returns label experience for buyers/sellers.
• Of course, this is just a sample of the kinds of work this role will require! You should assume that your role will encompass other tasks, too, and that your job duties and responsibilities may change from time to time at Etsy's discretion, or otherwise applicable with local law.

Qualities that will help you thrive in this role are:

• 4+ years combined product management and relevant experience to Fulfillment; 2-Sided Marketplace experience a big plus
• Previous experience working with Designers, Research, and Analytics to further define our sellers needs, and continue to identify improvement opportunities
• Successful track record solving sophisticated consumer-facing and logistics problems, developing strategies and roadmaps, and carrying out those plans to bring value for our business and customers.
• Experienced with using qualitative and quantitative data (especially from synthesizing data into clear needs and hypotheses) to make product decisions
• Inspiring, engaging and clear communication style; optimistic and forward-looking
• A passionate member of the Etsy community and someone who believes in Etsy’s vision, mission and values
