Check out life at Robinhood on The Muse!
Product Managers at Robinhood are responsible for leading teams to develop products that improve the everyday lives of our customers. You’ll work with our data, design, engineering, finance, research, and operations teams to bring ideas to life that will help us democratize finance for all!
Robinhood continues to grow very rapidly, now with over 22.5M customers, and is building new products and features that will deliver more value to our customers and propel our next wave of growth. Just as we continue to grow and innovate, we also expect fraudsters to increasingly target Robinhood and try to find new ways to defraud our customers and the company. As a safety first organization, we are committed to preventing fraud for our existing products and have an obligation to detect and mitigate fraud for all the new products and features we introduce.
As a Product Manager for Fraud, you’ll set the product vision and strategy, prioritize initiatives, and be responsible for defining the features and capabilities that help us eliminate fraud. You will work closely with our engineering and data team and other product teams (growth, brokerage, payments, crypto, onboarding, etc.) to create a fraud map, build machine learning models and algorithms to detect fraud, introduce rules and controls to block fraud, devise experiences that add friction for high risk users and transactions, and integrate 3rd party fraud mitigation solutions. You will not only have the opportunity to work on fraud typologies that have existed for many years (e.g. identity fraud, ACH fraud, payment fraud), but you will also be responsible for determining how we best address new and emerging fraud trends in the market and on Robinhood. Your work will play a critical role in establishing Robinhood as an industry leader in fraud mitigation while enabling us to take intelligent risks.
We’re looking for more growth-minded and collaborative people to be a part of our journey in democratizing finance for all. If you’re ready to give 100% in helping us achieve our mission—we’d love to have you apply even if you feel unsure about whether you meet every single requirement in this posting. At Robinhood, we're looking for people invigorated by our mission, values, and drive to change the world, not just those who simply check off all the boxes.
