This role is defined as a Product Manager for incubation products that we intend to bring to market in the near future. You will be a key member of the team that helps create and deliver a new B2B product offering. You’ll be collaboratively working with designers, researchers, product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders, helping to manage the development of our product, and ensuring our customer’s wants and needs are being met.

What You’ll Do:
• Build, own and execute product roadmap for current and future products.
• Work closely with key stakeholders (customer support, customer success, sales, etc.) and/or key customers to understand customer needs and priorities.
• Act as the Product Owner and be a bridge between business stakeholders and development teams.
• Translate customer and market needs into well-documented, prioritized requirements.
• Own and maintain product backlog. Understand the product vision and strategy and execute on work that supports this vision and strategy.
• Create and build product roadmaps.
• Drive product development with internal R&D partners.
• Complete go-to-market/product launch activities including but not limited to product demos, product training, knowledge base article creation, etc.
• Build and track product performance via Data Analytics.
• Work with cross-functional teams around the world.
• Leverage data to drive business decisions/business justification/plans for product initiatives.
• Help facilitate beta testing.
• Be your customers' advocate.

What You'll Need:

  •  1+ years of Product Management experience and 3+ years professional work experience
  • Hands on experience with software product management and agile development methodology
  • Strong requirement gathering and writing skills including requirement elicitation and documenting test criteria, requirement grooming, use cases, user journeys, mock-ups, etc.
  • Curiosity, a can-do attitude, and the ability to learn quickly and thrive in a complex, dynamic environment
  • Proficient user of tools such as Jira, Confluence, Office 365, Zoom, MS Teams, etc.
  • Strategic and tactical mindset. Builds a well-considered product roadmap and executes on the roadmap accordingly.
  • Results oriented - consistently delivers on commitments, takes initiative, has a bias toward action, takes responsibility, shows individual accountability, has a sense of urgency, makes timely decisions
  • Ability to work independently and take the initiative but is also a collaborative team player
  • Ability to see challenges as opportunities and lead by the "Everything is possible" attitude
  • Manages Ambiguity - operates effectively, even when things are not certain, or the way forward is not clear.
  • Metrics and data driven - tracks product performance, customer data, creates metrics with an ability to define success criteria for new features.
  • Act as a product evangelist by educating others on product use cases, influencing people to use or try the product or train others on how to use the product. You will need to influence cross-functional teams and get them excited about and invested in your projects and campaigns
  • Technical background or the ability to understand and communicate technical points
  • Skilled at prioritizing among competing opportunities, balancing customer needs with business priorities, and articulating the rationale behind decisions
