About the Role 
As a Product Manager at Flow, you will work on products that integrate our digital and physical experiences. You will collaborate with world-class operators and engineers to develop solutions that connect our community, create engaging experiences, and drive the efficient operation of our business. Product Managers at Flow are responsible for developing strategies and tactics, and for delivering large-scale initiatives. Responsibilities

  • Develop strategic outcomes and associated roadmaps to drive iterative delivery of our most important initiatives.
  • Communicate milestones, blockers and challenges clearly to drive actions
  • Own the total delivery of solutions:  from build to deploying to our communities by creating a strong rapport and relationship with onsite teams
  • Partner with engineering and own the process ensuring clarity in requirements, proper management of scope and delivery velocity
  • Partner with Product Design to iteratively create wireframes and high fidelity experiences
  • Partner with Flow’s internal Brand team to ensure that product experiences deliver on our non-negotiable high bar of visual impact, details and simplicity
  • Develop and report on KPIs to articulate the success and impact of delivered products

Ideal Background

  • BA/BS in a related field preferred
  • 2-4 years of experience as a Product Manager in a high-growth, technology-driven organization, or strong demonstrated behaviors of developing and driving matrixed, technology-enabled strategies to market
  • Experience with coding in any language and a general fluency in the technology and architecture that underpins technology products
  • Strong communication skills with a demonstrated ability to succinctly and clearly communicate complex topics to diverse stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to be intensely hands-on, working alongside teams as an integrated partner and contributor
  • Demonstrated natural curiosity; you’re curious about how things work, ask questions, and are always seeking to learn and explore
  • Understanding of tools including JIRA/Confluence, Figma, Google Analytics, and Snowflake
  • Growth-oriented: consider yourself in the top 5% of your field and seek high-momentum, growth, and reward-oriented cultures.
  • Experience working in an API first development environment a big plus
  • Ability to read / write technical documentation for product feature development
